About the Artist/Ensemble

Virginia Repertory Theatre, Virginia’s largest nonprofit, professional touring theatre for young audiences, produces exciting, award-winning, national caliber plays and musicals that support teaching to the whole child while supporting the core curriculum and the Virginia Standards of Learning.

Concert/Performance Description

Plays are fully produced, 50 – 55 minute entertaining and instructive programs based on literature or historical events featuring casts of 3 to 5 professional actors, imaginative sets and costumes. Question and Answer sessions and “Classroom Connections” study guides are included at no additional fee.

Technical Requirements

28’ X 20’ performance space with a 10’ ceiling; multiple electrical outlets.

Fees

  • National Venue Booking from $3,200 to $5,400
  • In school tour performances from $795 – $1,295
  • Hugs and Kisses $150 – $350

School block-booking required. Travel fees may apply.
