Program Overview/Description
To provide the greatest opportunity possible for every Virginian to engage with the rich arts of the Commonwealth, the VCA has launched the Passport Program. The Passport Program provides free or discounted admission or tickets to those participating in the Virginia’s Women, Infants, & Children (WIC) program.
Participating arts programs include museums, performing arts, visual arts, and more.
How it Works
Any Virginian receiving benefits as part of the WIC program is automatically a Passport Program holder. View list of participating organizations with discounts here. Organizations are listed alphabetically by city or county name. No additional card is needed – to redeem a discount, participants simply show their WIC card at participating arts organizations!
