Your WIC Card is Your Passport To The Arts!

The Passport Program offers free or discounted tickets and arts programs to Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) cardholders in Virginia. Just show your WIC card at our partner organizations—including museums, theatres, and studios—to redeem the discount. This program is a collaboration of the Virginia Commission for the Arts (VCA) and the Virginia Department of Health (VDH).
Passport Holders
To provide the greatest opportunity possible for every Virginian to engage with the rich arts of the Commonwealth, the VCA has launched the Passport Program. The Passport Program provides free or discounted admission or tickets to those participating in the Virginia’s Women, Infants, & Children (WIC) program. Participating arts programs include museums, performing arts, visual arts, and more.
Arts Organizations
Passport Program partnerships connect the rich arts ecosystem in the Commonwealth to a wider audience. Participating arts organizations across the state offer free or discounted admission to cardholders in the Virginia Women, Infants, & Children (WIC) program. The Virginia Department of Health (VDH), a state partner in the program, promotes participating organizations to their WIC constituents, ensuring arts accessibility and providing opportunities for community engagement.
Key Partner

The Virginia Department of Health (VDH) is dedicated to protecting and promoting the health of Virginians. The VDH is made up of a statewide Central Office in Richmond and 35 local health districts. These entities work together to promote healthy lifestyle choices.
